What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept PayPal. For large projects over $5000 other arrangements can be made.

What is Your Hourly Billing Rate?

We have a tiered rate per hour for programming, training, and consulting services:

1 – 9 total hours = $100 per hour

10 – 19 total hours = $80 per hour

>20 total hours = $60 per hour

Do You Sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements)?

Yes, we will sign NDAs upon request. All project and customer information are considered confidential.

Do You Provide Free and/or Fixed Price Quotes?

We provide quotes for free after spending time reviewing your projects details and requirements.

If we provide a fixed quote for your project you will not be billed more than that amount unless your project requirements change.

If you are unsure of your exact needs and need consultation before defining your project, that effort beyond 1 hour will be billed at our hourly rate.

How Do You Handle Bug Fixes?

We will provide bug fixes free of charge provided that the bug is not a new feature or add-on to the original project.

What Are Your Service Payment Terms?

For projects quoted at under $500, 100% is due upfront before we will begin working on the project

For larger projects quoted at $500 and above, 50% is due upfront, and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery and acceptance.

For ongoing projects, $500 is due up front, then billed hourly per agreed upon schedule.

How will I receive my custom indicator, strategy, or other software script that I have ordered?

During the project, work in progress compiled code and any associated documentation will be made available via a secured Google Drive folder.

Upon final acceptance and receipt of payment, the open source code for the software will be uploaded and made available via Google Drive for a 90-day period.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for our programming services. We make the best effort to make sure your project is quoted and delivered to you per the agreed upon requirements and specifications.


Subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly, on the anniversary day and time of your original purchase. Once a subscription is activated, it will continue the billing cycle until you cancel it through your member area or contact our customer service team with a cancellation notice, or in the event your payment is not received. It is your responsibility to manage your monthly or yearly subscription, and to initiate the cancellation process in the event you wish to cancel your membership and not incur further charges.
